1 Our services
Medsight provides Home Medicines Reviews (HMR), Residential Medication Management Reviews (RMMR), and related medication-management services delivered by an accredited pharmacist. HMR services provided under a valid GP referral are funded by the Australian Government and are bulk-billed — there is no charge to eligible patients.
2 Not a substitute for medical care
Our reviews and reports provide recommendations to your GP, who remains responsible for your medical care and any changes to your treatment. Nothing on this website is personal medical advice. Never stop or change a medicine based on our website content alone — always speak with your GP or pharmacist. In an emergency, call 000. For poisons information, call 13 11 26.
3 Appointments
Home visits are scheduled by agreement. If you need to change or cancel a visit, please give us as much notice as you can — there is no cancellation fee. We may need to reschedule visits in circumstances beyond our control and will contact you promptly if so.
4 Your part
To conduct a safe and useful review, we rely on you (or your carer) to provide accurate, complete information about your medicines, allergies, and health conditions, and to have your medicines available at the visit. The quality of our recommendations depends on the accuracy of the information provided to us.
5 Using this website
You may use this website for lawful, personal purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site (including the staff portal), interfere with its operation, or submit false, misleading, or malicious content through our forms. The staff portal is for authorised personnel only.
6 Intellectual property
The content of this website — text, branding, graphics, and design — is owned by or licensed to Medsight and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without our written permission. GPs are welcome to print and use our referral form for its intended purpose.
7 Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee or right you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other legislation that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, and our services are provided with due care and skill in accordance with professional pharmacy standards.

We handle personal and health information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
